This is our signature wooden box for your wedding prints.
+ What is a folio box ?
Folio box comes in medium (5R) and large (7R) size, excluding the white border. This is a great alternative to photo album, and you can hang each print up on the wall or anywhere at home easily.

PRE-WEDDING/ENGAGEMENT
+ What are some of the shots I may receive for my pre-wedding?
Check out our portfolio to understand our styles. Candids, fun, some landscape shots and some looking-at-camera classic couple portraits are expected. However, sky is the limits. Hit us up with more ideas and we are open to explore.
+ Which are the different location we can choose from for the photoshoot?
List is endless. We can work from natural landscape like a reservoir or beach, to urban cityscapes, local streets and cute cafes, or even your home! We could even work with a simple backdrop because the greatest pictures sometimes come from the simplest place. Contact your appointed photographer and we can discuss further.
+ What does 'photoshopped images' you mentioned in your package?
In simple terms, it means retouching. Retouching includes smoothen skin, removal of pimples, removal of hair on the face, slimmer arms etc. Retouching is optional if you think the edited images are perfect! Sometimes there is beauty in raw images.
+ What is the lead time for album?
Once the layout is approved, we will need at least 3 weeks for the album to be ready. Additional time is required during peak season.
+ Does the package include gown and suits?
Gowns and suits are available only as add-on options.
+ Can you recommend a good make up artist?
We have a few of our favourites. Check them here.
+ When should I start doing my pre-wedding shoot?
2 to 3 months before your wedding day if you do not need an album. 3 to 6 months before your wedding day if you are planning to do an album. More time is required to process album due to the additional work required for retouching of photos and layout of the album. If your wedding falls during our busy season (typically last quarter of the year), do expect more time for the album to process.
+ We are very stiff in front of cameras and can be awkward at times. Is that an issue?
99% of the people are not models, so do not worry (haha). Making a great picture do not always require the best looking people too. Having a good mood and being yourself are important to creating candid shots. Our photographers will work with you and help you with the poses. Also, we are friendly too! If it helps, turn on some music and dance away!
+ Do you go overseas for prewedding/engagement shoot and where are the locations?
Yes! If you say Japan, we will say yes quite easily. We are open to other destinations as well. Contact us to discuss more!

We are very food motivated. Meals are greatly appreciated!
+ Can some of the images be delivered both in black & white and colour?

There is a early morning surcharge of $100 for weddings starting before 7am.
+ When do I need to send you the wedding day schedule?
The best time frame is at least 2 weeks before your wedding day. It is best to send us when you have the first draft because we can then advise on the details like the time/duration/location for the photoshoot.
+ Will you photoshop my wedding day picture?
Only color edit but re-touching is not part of the wedding day package. If the request is not excessive, we will be very willing to help you out. You could also purchase our re-touching service.
